hey jay............it's me, Laura Lee we have some good memories of that store location. Mary and Bonnie and Didee and I had a club up in the loft when it was Model Market. They had the best dill pickles........remember? Don't you love this website???!!!
Laura Lee Yes I loved Everybodys Years earlierI worked at Model Market... The owener was Murry Schrock (sp) His clerck was Kenny Wilson Who lived down the street on San Anselmo Ave. With 2 on 3 daughters.
No he did not own it while I worked there. Somebody named Gary owned it and Michael M. was either a co-owner or manager. In those days there was just the Good Earth and Everybody's plus that one downtown that was a completely different atmoshere.
Does anyone remember Everybody's Health Food Store at the corner of Center and Saunders in San Anselmo where Model Market used to be? I worked there in the early 70's.
