Black Mountain is also called Elephant Mountian. Jesse Colin Young used to live on Inveness Ridge before the fire burned him out. He would have had a view very similar to the album cover from his house.

Paul, Your pic reminds me of this 1969 album. I'm surprised this band has not been mentioned more on this site.
Same mountain and Jesse Colin Young made up the name below ?
Or different one altogether. You folks tell me.

I didn't keep copious notes like Mr. Cushman did, but it looks like mine is also of Black Mountain, from a different angle.
