Good One! Actually, it was a derelict dry-dock, though. An old one, at that. I think someone had big plans to convert it to a home, and eventually abandoned the project, and just walked away from it. Remember Forbes Island? That was a barge, and Mr. Forbes had it all tricked-out with a beach and palm trees and such. It's currenly tied up at Pier 39 in the city, and making money as a tourist novelty.
